The continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) are commonly used in ICU because acute kidney injury (AKI) is a serious and frequent process in the context of critically ill patients with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome. Introducing weight, hematocrit and liquid extraction times are calculated by the dose desired convection and diffusion (ultrafiltration ,dialysis) according to current recommendations (effluent <25 ml/kg/h), the blood flow necessary to maintain a filtration fraction <20% and the amount of fluid replenishment according to the chosen site of substitution (or postfilto prefilter). In the "adjustments" are calculated filtration fraction and liquid replacement according to selected parameters.
